Associated Projects

Within the context of the ESCXEL Project, a set of research and intervention initiatives has been developed in partnership with different organisations, focusing on the analysis, monitoring and improvement of education systems.

These projects contribute to the production of scientific knowledge and to the definition of sustained strategies for action, articulating evidence, context and decision-making.

The project is developed in partnership with EPIS – Entrepreneurs for Social Inclusion, within a collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Centre for Social Sciences (CICS.NOVA), initiated in 2012, focusing on the analysis of the social and territorial contexts of educational success and failure in Portugal.

The project was developed in partnership with the Regional Secretariat for Education of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, with the aim of promoting the quality and continuous improvement of the regional education system and its schools.

Analysis and strategic planning to promote educational success at an intermunicipal level

The project was developed in partnership with the Intermunicipal Community of Médio Tejo, with the aim of producing a regional educational diagnosis based on quantitative and qualitative indicators, identifying key challenges and supporting the definition of intervention strategies to promote educational success.
